Villa on the canal

The Villa sits on the Monamink canal - one of the widest canals in the NW of Cape Coral and faces west for spectacular sunsets. You may use our dock if you hire a boat or just fish from there - there is good fishing from the back yard dock for stingray, catfish, Crevalle jack, Mullet and Snapper. The villa is approx 20 mins away from open water in Matlash pass and the Gulf of Mexico.
